Return & Refund Policy

At Grwnx, we want customers to understand return eligibility, refund timing, and support steps before placing an order.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products should include the original packaging and any included inserts or accessories where possible.
  • Mouse pads and desk mats must not show stains, cuts, heavy creasing, odor, residue, heat damage, adhesive marks, or other signs of extended use.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or checkout email, is required.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be refused if the item was damaged by misuse, altered after delivery, returned without approval, missing key parts, or unrelated to the original order. Final-sale items, if clearly marked at checkout, may not be returnable unless required by law.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue being reported.

5. How to Start a Return

Email support@grwnx.shop with your order number, item name, and reason for the request. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect, we will provide an appropriate resolution. For preference-based returns, such as wrong size choice or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Inspection and Refunds

Returned items are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary and can take up to 10 business days after the refund is processed.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.

9. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order ships. Once an order is processed or handed to the carrier, it may need to be handled through the return process after delivery.
