Our current shipping setup is focused on orders delivered within Singapore. If a destination is unavailable at checkout, we may not be able to ship to that address.

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-working days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Singapore Time may begin processing on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery is estimated at 7-13 business days after the package is handed to the carrier. Total delivery time may include both processing time and transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier volume, weather, address issues, local delivery conditions, customs review, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Cost

Standard shipping to Singapore is currently 0 USD for eligible orders placed through our online store. Any available shipping option and cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including recipient name, street address, unit number, postal code, phone number, and email address. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@grwnx.shop. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipment.

7. Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on warehouse handling, product availability, or carrier routing. If your order is split, separate tracking details may be provided.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photos where applicable. We will review the case and provide the next steps based on carrier information and order records.
