TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Orders are handled, fulfilled, and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Singapore Standard Time (Singapore) enter review that business day; later orders enter review the next business day. Handling Time / Processing Time is 1-3 Business Days. Standard transit is 7-13 Business Days after dispatch, producing a total estimated delivery time of 8-16 Business Days. Business Days exclude weekends and Singapore public holidays.
SHIPPING COST
Free Shipping on all orders within Singapore. No minimum purchase required. Standard Shipping is displayed as $0.00 USD at checkout, with no separate handling charge.
DELIVERY AREA
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Singapore. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO). Customers should verify the building, unit, street, postal code, and contact number before payment.
SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS
Tracked delivery may be handled by SingPost, Ninja Van, J&T Express, or DHL according to parcel size, destination, and service availability. Large desk mats may be shipped rolled in a separate parcel when needed.
ORDER TRACKING
The dispatch email identifies the assigned carrier and tracking number. Customers can enter the number on the carrier's official website. The first tracking scan may require one business day to appear.
DELIVERY SUPPORT
For a delayed scan, damaged parcel, missing delivery, or address question, email support@grwnx.shop with the order number and relevant photographs. Grwnx will review the carrier record and provide the available next step.
